RETURNS

Getting the right board and equipment is essential. Each person and their needs are different from the next. Getting you on the right board is extremely important- and its a task we take very seriously. Therefore, if for any reason you're not satisifed with the board or item purchased, we'll exchange it. No questions asked. All you pay are the shipping costs. 

 

We thoroughly examine each item before it ships. If it isn't perfect, we don't ship it. However, if you recieive a product that is defective, we exchange it completely free of charge. No fees. No shipping. Simply contact us through our customer care portal to begin the process.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We currently ship products all over the world. For orders outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact us via-the electronic form above for shipping and tax quotes for all other countries. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our staff. After contact, we'll work to fix whatever deficiency exists. If a return is required, we'll email you a link with a label to attach to the box. All you do is schedule a delivery. You're responsible for shipping costs on all returns/exchanges that are not due to product or shipping defects.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Getting the right board is just as important to us, as it is to you. Thats why we carry a SUP Satisfaction Guarantee. If, after 15-days you find the board may not be the best option for your needs, we'll exchange the full value of your board purchase, towards any other board we carry, of equal or greater value.. No questions asked. You only pay for the shipping- we take care of the rest. 

How do I track my order?

 

Once you've placed your order- our staff quickly goes to work. Upon payment confirmation, we schedule a courrier pickup of your product from one of our regional warehouses. Once it leaves, we'll email you with a shipping cofromation number and carrier information so you can track your package up-to-the-minute. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Once your order has departed our warehouse, you'll recieve an e-mail with carrier information: including package tracking information. To track a package, or change shipping details, you can contact the listed carrier directly. 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer 3 options for shipping: Standard Ground (7-12 days); Express (5-6 days); and Overnight (2-3 days.) For rush orders or special shipping instructions, please contact our staff before your order is placed. All shipping times are "Order to Door" meaning they include processing times for our warehouses..
